Saved Game Complete 100% GTA IV

Follow these steps:

1. Download saved game complete file (52.04 KB) here
2. Extract file 
3. Copy file ControlMap.dat and SGTA400
4. Open Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\savegame
5. Replace file
6. Play the game (Load before play the game)
